She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sisters, Jeanette Colangelo and Betty Barbato; her husband Thomas; her children, Anthony (Ellen) and Janet Polk; her grandson Jess Polk; her sister-in-law Carol Herney (Jim); and her parent Man. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
