She was predeceased by: her brother Kenneth Lee Van Dame, Sr.; and her parents, Donald Robert Van Dame and Celia Terese Disbrow. She is survived by: her boyfriend Kevin Riley; her siblings, Dona Roberta Crandall, Ellen Luella Barnhart, Arthur James Van Dame (Shirley) and Bruce Alan Van Dame (Lisa); and her former husband Billy Ramirez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
