It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennie Slade (Rochester, New York), who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Slade; and her parents, Andrew Massetta and Ida Massetta. She is survived by: her children, Marty Slade (Linda), Kevin Slade and Karen MacDonald; her grandchildren, Alison Steixner (Rich) and Brandon Slade (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Jacob Synborski, Evie Steixner, Genna Steixner, Bentley Slade and Hayden Slade; her sister-in-law Florence Giovino (Joseph); and her siblings, Andrew, Joseph, Vincent, Anthony, Nikki, Rita and Eleanor. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews & dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Mercy Flight Central, 2420 Brickyard Rd., Canandaigua, NY 14424 or to Breast Cancer Coalition, 1048 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14607 in her memory.
