He is survived by: his significant other Erin; his daughters, Kady, Sydney, Teagan and McKenna; his parents, Douglas Baylor and Joanne Baylor; his sisters, Kim Baylor-Smith (David) and Sherri Burke (Rob); his mother-in-law Janet Breen (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Daniel, David, Nancy (Gene), Susie and Mary. He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 13 great-nieces and nephews; Several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
