He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ed Love Rice and Easly Hill; his wife Patricia Della Rocco Rice; his children, James Rice Jr. of Rochester, NY and Stephanie Maria Rice of Macedon, NY.; and his sisters, Ruby Kelly of Texas and Catherine Rice of Texas. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Richard H. Keenan Funeral Home (Egypt Location) (7501 Pittsford Palmyra Rd, Fairport, NY 14450).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent in Jim's honor to the Fairport Lions Club PO Box 0276 Fairport NY 14450.
