Though Joan may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joan leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband William "Al" Frazier Jr.; her parents, Elmer Hopper and Marian Hopper; and her brother Tom Hopper. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Lorna Maier (Randy); her sister-in-law Leeda Hopper; her niece Noelle Hewitt (Barry); her nephews, Brian Hopper (Susan) and Bruce Hopper (Kelly); and her pet Snickers.
