She is survived by: her husband David Hoffmann; her children, Jonathan Hoffmann (Laura) and Elizabeth Degnan (Shane); her grandchildren, Liam, Jonah, Thomas and Joseph; her brothers, Ralph Toscano (Livia) and Joel Toscano; her stepmother Joann Toscano; her sister-in-law Theresa Hurley-Toscano; and her friends, Mary Ann Chiella, George Chi and Susan Degnan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
