She is survived by: her husband Dr. William Stephan; her children, Dr. William Stephan (Renee), Mary Elizabeth Sullivan (Tim), Barbara Sysak (Mark) and Ann Marie Stephan; her grandchildren, Rebecca Culhane (Chris), Erica Ingram (Charles), William Stephan, Dr. Anna Stephan, John Sullivan (Kelsey), Marc Sullivan and Nolan Sullivan; her great grandchildren, Vinnie Culhane, Andrew Culhane and Charlie Ingram; her sister Jane Marie James; and her pet Shadow. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; godchildren.
