He is survived by: his wife Donna Arva; his daughter Audra Goetz (Bernard); his grandchildren, Frederick Arva, Samuel, Adam and Sophia Goetz; and his brother David Arva.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Aurora Hospice House, 2495 S Union St, Spencerport, NY 14559.
