John Jay Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of John Jay (Rochester, New York) is shared. John, born on January 8, 1946, passed away on September 1, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Jay to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Susan; his stepchildren, Benjamin (Nell) and Katlyn (Jason); his grandsons, Leon and Brooks; his siblings, Joanne (Bob), Kathy (Tony) and Fred; and his siblings-in-law, Ronna (Paul) and Jim (Donna). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
