He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnson and Ruby Johnson; and his siblings, Lucille Stanton and Charles Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Jacqueline Nickel, Christopher and Michael Johnson; his grandchild Kassandra Kapica (Michael); his great grandchildren, Kiley and Chase Kapica; his siblings, Robert Johnson (Rosemary) and MaryEllen Holderfield (Frank); and his sister-in-law Rita Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Honor Flight of Rochester in his memory, supporting veterans who have served our nation.
