He was predeceased by: his stepbrothers, James and Robert Schilder; and his stepgrandson Paul Connelly. He is survived by: his significant other Alice J. Kane; his children, Christine Connelly (Eliecia Young) and Brett Kane; his grandchildren, Kevin, Abby Connelly (Cameron Smith) and Ashlynn Simpson; his stepgrandchildren, Scott Connelly (Kristin), Katrina Connelly (Kevin O'Donnell), Max, Maddie, McKenna, Maddox and Mitchell Young; his great grandchildren, Vivian and Polaris Rose Smith; his stepsiblings, John Schilder and JoAnn Schilder Alfred; and his son-in-law Michael "Sammy" Connelly.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
