In the vast expanse of eternity, John Paul shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John Paul farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his father Roger Dotson; and his brother Matthew Dotson. He is survived by: his children, Elissa Dotson and Griffin Dotson; his mother Mary Dotson; and his siblings, Chris Dotson, Michael Dotson, Karrie Dotson, Colleen Gilbert and Tasha Dotson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Mount Washington Cemetery (614 S Brookside Ave, Independence, MO 64053). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at the same location.
