It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John E. Watkins (Rochester, New York), who passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Watkins and Helen Coleman; his children, Renee Watkins, Gary Larkin and Tara Lynn Powers; and his siblings, Hank Watkins, Alex Watkins, Adolf Watkins Jr., Arlene Trabold, Janie Derosia and Frank Trabold.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Watkins; his children, Leslie R. Antinarella (Piero), Tammy Duford (Craig), Timothy Hull and Fredrick Damon Watkins (Jennifer Thornton); and his grandchildren, Keith, Haley, Rose, Piero, Rachel of Abby Marie, T. J., Elena, Abbygail, Tyler, Gunnar, Jeremie, Ryan and Johnathon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (2636 Ridgeway Ave, Rochester, NY 14626).
