He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zeppetella and Nancy Zeppetella (Siamo); his sister Rose Marie Zeppetella; and his wife Joan Tannous Zeppetella. He is survived by: his cousins, Larry Zeppetella (Rosemary), Anthony Zeppetella (Barbara), Salvatore Zeppetella (Esther), Joseph Zeppetella, Carmella Zeppetella, Jean Rolston (Jack), Don Russo (Angela), Richard DelConte (Sue), Kay Gillespie, Judie Lynn Nassar, Tom McAvinney, Donald Azer (Chong), Frances Harper and Harry Azer. He is also survived by several other cousins and friends.
