He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Germani and Mary Germani; and his siblings, John, Tony and Felice.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn DeCherico; and his children, Mary Jo Penizotto (A. Michael), Joseph Germani and Victor Germani. He is also survived by 7 loving grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
