He was predeceased by: his son Brian "Buddy"; and his sister Rosalie. He is survived by: his wife Carmella "Tubby" DiMaria; his children, Michelle Sofia, Mike Sofia (Linda) and Mark Sofia; his grandchildren, EJ Wiedemer (Alexis), Alexa "My Heart" Rothfuss (Brendon), Mike, Pat Sofia (Alysa), Ethan, Owen Wiedemer and Niko Rothfuss; his sister Kathy Barr; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
