He was predeceased by: his parents, David Foote and Judy Foote. He is survived by: his daughters, Madison, Rory, Ella and Nina; his siblings, Kristyn Brooks, Erin Baxter (Christopher), Andrew Foote (Kara) and Hayley Foote (Jason Geppert); his girlfriend Alecia Iacchetta; his aunts, Barbara Wise and Martha Blumenstock; and his uncle Joseph Hogan (Cheryl). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grace of God Recovery House, 120 Franklin St. Rochester, NY 14604.
