He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his parents, Nicholas and Ida; and his siblings, Steve (Colette), Nick (Barbara) and Jean LaMartina (Angelo).

He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen; his sons, Scott (Nancy) and Terry (Debra); his daughter-in-law Dalys Zappia; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph (Diana), Mark (Lauren), Robert (Laura), Lauren Adkins (Ryan), Devon Scarpulla-Serrão (Pierre), Dominique (Christian Cupello) and Marcus. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the "Crohn's & Colitis Foundation".
