He was predeceased by: his father Joseph B. Palazzo; and his brother Gary Palazzo. He is survived by: his mother Helen Palazzo; his wife Kathy Palazzo; his son Michael Palazzo (Joey Palazzo); his grandchildren, Marissa and Mathew Palazzo; his brother Michael Palazzo; his nieces and nephews, Carra, James Lacagnina, Francesca, Jacob Shick and Grace Carra; and his cousin Geno Desiato.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Golisano Children's Hospital in his memory. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Joseph Palazzo 's name.
