Joseph Smucz Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Smucz (Rochester, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Smucz and Rose Smucz-Mekker; his wife Frances Adams Smucz; and his sister Mary Billings. He is survived by: his children, Joseph S Smucz (Ronda) and Kristen Collins (John); his grandchildren, Peter Smucz, Katherine Smucz, Susan Smucz, Cecilia Collins and Genevieve Collins; his sister Katherine Schurawel (Nicholas); and his brother-in-law Richard Billings. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
