She is survived by: her children, Jakob Simmons (Samantha) and Amanda "Mandi" Simmons; her grandchildren, Tanner Simmons (Jakob) and Isabella "Izzy" D'ambra (Samantha); her sisters, Tracy Hart and Lisa Hickman; and her daughter Suzanne.
