She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hoffman; her children, Robin Malone and Jeff Sweet; her parents, Clinton Baker and Ora Baker; and her brother Richard Baker.

She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Rouse (Edward); her grandchildren, Dan Hart (Kristen), Michelle Jason (Andy), Shaun Pierce (Andrea), Stefanie Palermo (Michael), Alysse Malone, Nicole Malone, Alexis Malone, Jacob Sweet, Zachary Sweet and Hailey Sweet; and her siblings, James Baker (Denise) and Sue Boruta. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, & cousins.
