She was predeceased by: her husband John Kazak. She is survived by: her children, Stephen and Diane (Raymond Chavez); her grandchildren, Malinda Caron (Eric), Zack Siembor (Becky) and Zeke Siembor (Stacey); and her great grandchildren, Max Caron, Marley Siembor, Arabella Caron, Josslyn Siembor, Myles Caron, Sawyer Caron, Camden Siembor, Easton Siembor and Parker Siembor.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Home (570 Kings Hwy S, Rochester, NY 14617).
