Julie leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Julie’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Julie will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Starks and Luella Starks. She is survived by: her close friend Glen Traywick; her children, Jeffrey Traywick and Kristin Traywick (Matthew Mittleman); her siblings, Steve Starks (Leanne) and Nancy Born (Rick); and her pet Tilly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
