He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Roberts-Linton and Daisy Roberts-Linton; his wife Ruth E. Linton; and his siblings, Ernest English, Earl English, Theodore English, Vernon English, Melvin Linton, Barry Linton, Ernestine Stevenson, Jaunita Washington, Gloria Linton-Butler, Senia Pullings and Sallie Franklin.

He is survived by: his sons, Julius, Dennis, Daryl, Donald and Ronald Linton; his grandchildren, Latia Linton-Rourk, Christie Simmons (Brandon), Lilie Potter (Otis), Devon Linton, Justin Linton (Angie), Sean Linton and Morgan Linton; his great grandchildren, Tiauna Webb, Jaelin Mongeon (Markaya), Brandon, Braelyn, Baleigh Simmons, Brya, Brayla, Brayden Potter, Deon, Judah, Isaac, Santana and Selena Linton; his great great grandchildren, Jayden, Leilani, Kameron Webb, Keh'lani, Marjae and Maelin Mongeon; his brothers, Donald Banks (Tina) and Jackie Fields (Crystal); his in-laws, Raymond Follins (Tina), Robert Follins (Marilyn), Jessie Franklin and Penn Pullings; his nieces, Theresa Mills (Mark) and Wanda Follins; and his friends, Carolyn Hahn, Bernie, Sharon Clark, Tom Cornell and Mark Abid.
