With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Justina N. Hernandez of Rochester, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 2, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Domingo Hernandez and Juana Cruz; her husband Ismael Perez of Justina's Mini Market; her children, James "Jimmy" Nuñez, Juan "Johnny" Nuñez and Maria Sanchez; and her siblings, Juan Hernandez, Josefina Baldrich, Cristino Cruz and Heriberto Cruz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carmen Nunez-Rivera and Gladys Nunez-Garcia; and her siblings, Leduvina Castro, William Cruz (Matilda), Francisca Delgado, Teresa Washington and Marcelina Cruz. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends.
