She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Perry; her parents, George Mickle and Melba Mickle; her daughter Jacqueline Perry; her grandson Phillip Zelter; and her siblings, Mary Margo Mickle, James Mickle and John Mickle.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Rockefeller (Todd), Anthony Perry (Donna), Virginia Serafini (Richard), Jamie Testa (Carl), Kathleen Prince, Deborah Cervini (Joseph), Anne Perry (Jeremy Rager), Katherine Jensen (Vern) and Patricia Bauch (James); her sister Thelma O. Mapes; and her friend Bonnie Mueller. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
