He was predeceased by: his parents, George Louise and Mary Louise; his daughters, Sarah Geraldine and Victoria Rose; his brothers, Michael and Thomas; and his in-laws, Richard and Donna Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Elkins; his daughter Elizabeth Elkins; his siblings, George (Vincent), Mary Patricia Elkins, Christopher (Catherine), John and Kathleen Marr (Daniel); his pet Coco; and his friends, Marilyn Schutte and John Bergeson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John M. Hedges Funeral Home (1717 Portland Ave, Rochester, NY 14617). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret Mary Church (401 Rogers Pkwy, Rochester, NY 14617).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center or the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
