He is survived by: his mother Jean Cronk of Rochester, NY; his siblings, Eric Sackett of Hamlin, NY and Kelly Brockman of Honeoye, NY; and his nieces, Ashley Perham, Amber, Amaliah Babcock, Tiffany, Taylor and Jaci Sackett. He is also survived by three great-nephews and extended friends and family.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Kirk's name to the drug or alcohol rehabilitation charity of your choice.
