We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2023, Lea Saporta of Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Abe Saporta; her parents, Abraham Nahmias and Allegra Nahmias; and her siblings, Danny Newman, David Nahmias, Jake Nahmias, Gabriel Nahmias, Sol Newman, Mary Palermo and Betty Hecker.

She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Saporta, Ilene Saporta (Steven Wodka) and Holly DeNovellis (Vincent); her grandchildren, Jay Wodka, Michael Wodka (Colleen Malley), Ross DeNovellis (Kristen), Laura Wright (Jacob) and Carly DeNovellis; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Wodka, Leo Wodka and Ava Wright. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
