He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Stein Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Anna Stein; his children, Holly, Andy Lahue, Derek O'Donald and Teresa Bebout; and his grandchildren, Hanna (Aman), Kenzie, Kaylin, Ben and Elliott.
