She is survived by: her significant other Shirlee Bates; her children, Jared Burkhart (Aimee) and Stacy Mulcahy (Jason); her grandchildren, Skylar Burgess and Sean Mulcahy; her niece Kimberlie Burkhart (Alan); and her pet Katie Ann. She is also survived by sons, daughters and grandchildren.
