He was predeceased by: his father George C. Moore (Zahn); and his brother Joshua C Moore. He is survived by: his mother Jean Mary Moore (Szablak); his sons, Liam "Zach" Zachary Moore II and Landon Austin Moore; and the mother of his children Brittany Bremer. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
