He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Higbie and Lloyd H. Higbie Sr.; and his nephew Michael Merritt. He is survived by: his sister June Merritt; his daughters, Cynthia Barg (William) and Lauren Dempsey (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Jenna Dempsey (Jamie), Shannon Shuman (Lindsey), Eric Dempsey and Trevor Barg; and his niece Lisa Lombardo. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (3325 S Winton Rd, Rochester, NY 14623). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
