He was predeceased by: his significant other Betty-Lou; and his parents, Christian Lembcke and Louise Lembcke. He is survived by: his children, Amy Branca (Bruce), Karen Lembcke (Stephen Petergal), Nancy Hale (Steven) and David Lembcke (Carlene Woodworth-Lembcke); his grandchildren, Gregory Woodworth, Heather Wright (Brian), David Branca (Katie), Thea Petergal, Jeremy Lembcke, Zachary Hale (Grace), Nicholas Hale, Emma Petergal, Elliot Wright and Lucy Hale; and his sister-in-law Sally Conway. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
