It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine E. Brooks (Rochester, New York), who passed away on January 6, 2026, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roosevelt Michael Brooks; and her parents, Octave Philip and Adeline Anatole. She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley, Joyce, Jeanette and Arthur; her children, Dianne E. Ostrander, Kenneth R. Brooks (Maureen Sardone) and Kimberly A. Moore (Tim Moore); her grandsons, Travis and Jason Coley; her great grandchildren, Mia, Patience, Jasana, Donte and Amaya; and her great great grandchild Ezra. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
