He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Berardi and Dora Berardi; and his in-laws, Guido and Angelina Santucci. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Berardi (Santucci); his daughters, Tara Masci (Larry) and Shana Valerio (James); his grandchildren, Angelina Marie, Alex Loreto, James Louis and Maria Dora; his siblings, Joseph Berardi and Anna Rita Maiola (Domenic); and his sister-in-law Karen Santucci. He is also survived by aunts, uncles & cousins.

Memorial donations can be made in Louis' name to the National Kidney Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Louis Berardi 's name.
