It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madelyn Hanratty (Rochester, New York), who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester DeLong and Grace DeLong (Koons); her husband Dr. Richard J. Hanratty; and her sisters, Barbara Frantz and Nannette Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Remec (Peter), Katherine McDermott (Brian) and Daniel Hanratty (Louis Nelson); and her grandchildren, Christine Remec, Andrea Turley (Russell), Taylor and Dillon McDermott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
