She was predeceased by : her parents, Marcolina Vega Ortiz and Juan Ortiz. She is survived by : her children, Lydia Vega, Carlos Torres, Olga Melendez (Thomas) and George Torres (Mary Lou). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great grandchildren.
