With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marilyn C. Buran of Rochester, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As we bid Marilyn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marilyn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cohn and Hannah Daken Cohn; her brother Mark Cohn; and her aunt Lottie Daken. She is survived by: her husband James M. Buran; her daughter Johanna Buran; and her granddaughters, May Honey and CiCi Cho. She is also survived by nephews and many dear friends.
