She is survived by: her children, Sandy, Dave, Scott and Kathy Smith; her grandchildren, Becky Ward (Florida), Brett Smith, Derek, Michelle Smith, Richie, Jami Smith, Nate and Bianca Smith; her great grandchildren, Josh, Amber Gomez, Sydney Ward (Florida), Wyatt Smith, Trent, Tori Smith, Carter, Alexis, Jack and MacKenzie Smith; her sister Gail Clay; and her daughters-in-law, Patty and Kim. She is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews.
