She is survived by: her children, Carl Urquhart (Tammy), Susan Early (Marty), Debbie Sloan, Dawn Crafts (Mark) and Grant Goff; her grandchildren, Shawn Sloan, Tyler Goff, Matthew Crafts, Nicole, Jason Rizzo, Krystal Berch (Mitch), Chris and Jeremy Urquhart; and her great grandchild Austin Sloan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
