She is survived by: her significant other Peter Perine; her children, Katherine Welch (Anne Zengerle), Frederick Welch (Roseann), William Welch (Kathleen) and Janet Welch; her grandchildren, Trevor Travis (Kyle), Justin Travis, Hayden Welch (Neil), Maggie Smith (Kyle), Kristin Welch and Gianna Welch; her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Oliver and Willow Travis; and her sister Marilyn Seeland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
