He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Sheila; and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Mackenzie Boyer (Dustin), Morgan, Madison and Mason Maas; his sister Martha Daley (Tim); his father-in-law Paul Shinn; and his brother-in-law David Shinn (Ann). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
