He was predeceased by: his wife Thelma Gertrude Dillon; his parents, Shirl Sr. and Maude; and his siblings, Loma, Ruth, Shirl Jr., Joe, Rudy and Ramona.
He is survived by: his brother Jack Dillon (Catherine); his children, Philip Ashley Dillon (Carol) and Julie Lois English; his grandchildren, Rachel Elaine Nelson (Donny), Tom Ashley Dillon (Stephanie), Lailee Josephine English, Lydia Chrystal English, Dillon Reed English and Marley Sharif English; and his great grandchildren, Connor Dillon Nelson and Stevie Elaine Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 at 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
