It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary A. Schmitt of Rochester, New York, who passed away on May 31, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary A. Schmitt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband John W.; her siblings, Nicholas, Anthony, Michael and Victoria; and her great grandchild Gabrielle.
She is survived by: her children, John (Judy), Gordon (Pegi), Janice Kulp and Mary Ellen Sutton; and her nephew Stephen. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; and many loving nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leo M Bean and Sons Funeral Home (2771 Chili Ave, Rochester, NY 14624). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
