She was predeceased by: her husband James Clark; her parents, Joseph Bickel and Geraldine Robertson; her stepfather James Robertson; her brother James Bickel; her son-in-law Delbert "Red" Stedman; and her pet Pooh.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Clark (Tina) and Jenice Stedman; her grandchildren, Lauren Clark and Nicholas Clark; her great grandchild Nicholas Clark Jr.; her siblings, Thomas Bickel (Mary), Kathleen Voelkl (Thomas) and David Robertson (Kathleen); and her sister-in-law Linda Bickel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Jo's honor may be made to Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
