He was predeceased by: his father Roosevelt Kiner; and his brother Ralph Kiner. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Kiner; his children, Chandrea Brown, Marquise Kiner and Jemel Kiner; his great grandchild Rylo Jethro Harris; and his sisters, Alice Everett, Cassandra Kiner and Renee Kiner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
