He is survived by: his wife Elaine DeRue; his children, Michael J. (Laurie), Michele Butterworth (Dan), Mark (Roberta) and David (Michelle); his grandchildren, Alex, Megan, Erin, Stephanie (Tim), Lilah, Ella and Chris; and his brothers, Tom, Doug (Sue), Dan (Barbara), Reg (Dawn), Ron (Liz), Andy (Robin) and Jeff (Deb).
